Our Refund and Returns Policy
We want all our customers to be delighted and completely satisfied with their purchases from artbylyn,co.uk. For your reassurance and peace of mind we have the following Returns and Refund Policy in place:-
1. Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Your statutory rights are not affected.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to us before contacting us by email at admin@artbylyn.co.uk stating the reason you wish to return your purchase. If your return request is approved, we will issue a Returned Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and provide the return address. Please do not return items without first obtaining an RMA number as they will be rejected.
There are certain situations where refunds are refused or only partial refunds are granted:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Every care has been taken to show and describe the artwork as accurately as possible with regard to colour and size. Any variation between the image or the dimensions given on our website and the actual artwork is not deemed to be a fault. Therefore, slight inconsistencies will not be considered a valid reason for return.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@artbylyn.co.uk.
4. Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
5. Exchanges
We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange one item for another, send us an email at admin@artbylyn.co.uk and we will contact you to discuss your requirements and any applicable price adjustments.
6. Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to the return address provided with your Returned Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and items will be shipped at your own risk until they are accepted by us.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
